Acceptance

By using Sports Intelligence Pipeline ("SIP"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

SIP transforms game footage into professional player profiles, verified statistics, and highlight reels for youth basketball players. We provide video analysis, stat compilation, scouting narratives, and highlight clip generation.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Do not share login credentials.

Content & Uploads

• You must have the right to upload any game footage you submit.
• You grant SIP a license to process, analyze, and store your uploaded footage for the purpose of generating your deliverables.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded footage and the generated profiles, stats, and highlights.
• Do not upload content that violates any law or infringes on others' rights.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Your first game upload is free. Subsequent uploads require an active subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you're unsatisfied with a delivery.

Delivery

We aim to deliver player profiles within 24 hours of a completed upload. Delivery times may vary based on video length, quality, and processing queue. We do not guarantee specific turnaround times.

Accuracy

Statistics are generated through AI-assisted video analysis with human review. While we strive for accuracy, stats are estimates based on available footage and may not match official scorebook records. All stats go through a validation gate before delivery.

Public Profiles

If you opt in to a public portfolio, your player's name, stats, highlights, and narrative will be publicly accessible. You can disable public visibility at any time from your portal settings.

Prohibited Use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Do not upload footage of individuals without appropriate consent.

Limitation of Liability

SIP is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
